Go the most by 05/20/2010. "they" say it takes 21 days to form a habit. In the last 21 days I've formed the habit of becoming a lazy couch potato. Summer is coming, and the ridiculous heat and humidity is just around the corner. So I'm starting my 21 day challenge of getting out of my comfy bed at 5:45 to get my workouts in without any excuses.
