Question of the week: are you a bobber or a stander (running in place)?

I’ll be honest, when I think about running in place at the intersection while waiting for that little greenish blue man to flash, I giggle a bit. The idea of it reminds me of an 80s workout video. Question of the week: To loogie or not to loogie

Loogie: (n) A large slimy glob of spit, mixed with nose snot, that is formed by coughing up and hocking whats in your throat. Question of the week: Do you do coffee?

When I go for a morning run, I usually wake up with enough time to have a quick cup of coffee.
