Never too busy to run: 5 tips for training with a busy schedule

Am I A Natural Athlete? Can I improve? V02 Max and Lactic Threshold Tests Help Me Find Out!
This past weekend I had the great pleasure of having my first V02 max and lactic threshold tests at Breakaway Bikes, a local bike shop located in downtown Philadelphia. The test was administered by Joseph Wentzell, the owner and a trainer at shop’s training center.
